Knowledge and Skill Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum of one year of related experience preferred
Knowledge & Application
Applies knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within a specialized or technical field
May include multistep processes which require detailed knowledge of the specialized area
Requires extensive on-the-job or previous training and experience
May require formal occupational training or certification
Operative/Technician roles will typically operate more complex machinery or processes

Problems are known, defined, and readily apparent
Issues may occasionally require some fact-finding to solve
Non-routine issues typically escalated to a more senior team member or supervisor
