Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Veeva Vault Principal System Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.This profile will be acting as the technical developer/agent for our IT Veeva Vault Global Team.
Main tasks: Developing, testing, and deploying demands.Perform technical assessment and interface assessments of all demands, manage/ensure the platform stability, manage Veeva Vault Quarterly releases, incident management, and SME consultancy to our business stakeholders.Support projects roll out to deliver on our global strategy.Majority of the projects are Agile Scrum, so understanding of the methodology is desired but not required.Requirements & desired skills: Experienced in Veeva Vault ecosystem (mainly MLR Processes, CRM, Approved Email, and CLM system configuration).Experienced in incident management and problem solving.Experience in providing support to running operations and/or project delivery.Knowledge of Veeva Vault API Connectors.Good understanding of the architecture of the solution (Veeva Vault and Multichannel functionalities).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive and customer-focused mindset.Experience in creating Reports & Dashboards.Customer focus/centric with care to the details.Good understanding of the project lifecycle.Experienced with various tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc.Experience working in a global team.Agile Methodology.What do we offer: Permanent contract.Flexible schedule.
