Our Great Opportunity!Our organization is looking for Senior Engineers working in global customer support and technical coordination for the UDM product area. We are seeking people that are service-minded, with good technical skills, as well as soft skills to cooperate and negotiate with multiple partners. You need to be accountable, self-driven and always keep the customer's interest in mind.
Main ResponsibilitiesGlobal Product Deployment: As technical coordinator in GPD, you will help CU's in deployment projects.Customer support: As a support engineer within the UDM team you will develop support activities required to provide outstanding support and maintenance service for our customers.5G Demo & POCs & early customers: GS is the driver for 5G Demos, Trials and POCs and supporting key 5G customers going live.You willHandle and drive CSR (Customer Service Requests)/TTX resolution from global customers.Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting in real customer networks and labs.Take part in on-site installation, configuration and testing activities.Participate in emergency support handling.Verify emergency corrections in lab before they are released to customer.Participate in early product deployment projects.Dialog frequently with our interfaces in the region, PDU and product line.To be successful in the role you must haveMaster of Science / Bachelor degree or equivalent in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.Experience and competence working with UDM & Policy nodes (CUDB, HSS, SAPC, HLR, IPWorks, UPG, EIR).Customer support experience.Availability for on-call work schedule.Excellent oral and written English skills.Additional QualificationsKnowledge of CSR, TTX and TR handling processes.Knowledge of Cloud and virtualization.Virtualization and Kubernetes.What's in it for you?Here at Ericsson, our culture is built on over a century of courageous decisions.
