Santander Consumer Finance focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels, and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers, or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers, or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

Our mission is to contribute to helping more people and businesses prosper.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs an Enterprise Architect, you will be participating in the definition of the technology strategy, defining Reference architectures, Technological stack, Principles, and Standards across different architectural domains with special attention to Engagement, Risk & Compliance, and Consumer Lending Domains.
You will work in coordination with the Global CTO and support SCF countries, especially Western Hub countries and SCF global platforms in the definition of global and local solutions under these domains, ensuring their alignment and compliance with SCF IT strategy, policies, principles, and standards.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Defining target reference architectures, new standards, patterns, archetypes, especially in the following Business Domains: Risk & Compliance and Consumer Lending processors.Maintaining and updating, when appropriate, the common catalogue of solutions for SCF in alignment with the Global catalogue, with special attention to the following Business Domains: Risk & Compliance and Consumer Lending processors.Ensuring global and local solution architectures follow the guidelines set by the reference architectures, using assets reflected in the IT Assets catalogue.Supporting the CTO function in SCF with special focus on countries oversight and governance, supporting the proper function of governance bodies (sourcing/products tables, committees, forums, etc.)
and measuring and reporting corresponding CTO KPIs.Providing support and guidance to solutions architects, technical leads, and project managers throughout the lifecycle of projects with special attention to SCF countries.Fostering continuous innovation and ways of working, promoting initiatives to evaluate new technologies and solutions, and special attention to new Agile ways of working within Santander Consumer.EXPERIENCE- 5 – 7 years of experience in relevant IT functions including architecture.EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree or similar in computer science, information technology, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
