Ideally in our offices in Madrid or Almería (Cantoria).Traveling around 70% of the timeSmart Working (hybrid)What you will do Gain the skills and internal knowledge needed to manage a sales team and be the person responsible for one of our Business Units.
Supporting our Business Units through temporary back-ups.
Providing internal consultation to the different Business Units in order to analyze business performance and implement and follow up the action plans, defined together with the General Manager, in order to reach operational and management excellence.
Identifying and implementing observed best practices in each Business Unit.
Training new and existing employees in the Business Units about different aspects of their roles.
Analyzing the market (competition, trends, etc.).
Implementing Strategy Projects through the business Units.
Implementation of the Cosentino Business Model.
What you need to succeed Qualifications/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree related to Business or Construction topics are preferred.Languages: Fluent in English, second language is a plus.Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience.Others: Knowledge about our business.Driving license.Softskills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently.
