We have an amazing opportunity to join our company in our Barcelona offices as an Assistant Zone Director. Within EVI (Evian Volvic International), you will report to the Zone Director (50%) and the Sr. BDM (50%).
Your key missions will notably include: Preparation of campaign presentations and guarantee with the legal department to have all the contracts uploaded in C-Box.Drive the minute and follow-up on specific topics of our EU team meeting.Support the zone assistant in agenda coordination of the full scope (flights, taxis, visits).Support the entire team located in Barcelona (organizing meetings, including webcasts, conference calls and webex meetings, and managing all logistics involved).Handling diverse administrative tasks.Support in the preparation of key meetings (agenda and minutes, follow-up).Support Business Development Managers in the day-to-day distributor management (logistic details, labels, certificates, etc.).Coordination with marketing teams, with innovation launch process (labels, logistic info, etc.).Encourage best practice sharing and communication within the team and company. About you
For you to succeed in this position, you must be someone with cross-functional thinking and acting, pragmatic, fast-learner, positive and constructive spirit, with previous experience in an assistant role (ideally with General Managers / Director Roles), in a multinational/international environment. Also, we believe that it is positive to have:
Excellent working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Lotus Notes & Outlook. PO processes and systems.Independence, reactivity, flexibility, rigor, and confidentiality.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Results and excellence-oriented in execution.Good interpersonal skills and organizational ability.Excellent communication and relationship skills with both internal and external levels.Excellent command of Spanish & English language (written and spoken).
