In this department, you will handle questions from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of customer data. For this project, you will need to maintain security procedures around sensitive data, but we will teach you everything during the paid training. What are you going to do? Customer service, blocking of lost/stolen credit and debit cards. Handle questions from credit card holders and be responsible for the security and protection of credit card data. Conduct identity checking, answer questions, and explain any steps to be followed. Check temporarily blocked cards for cardholder transactions. Permanently block or unblock the credit card. Handle claims files. Who are we looking for? Preferably, you have experience in a call center, possess social skills, and have a positive attitude.
