Your Team: The SD Worx Academy team provides our clients with high-quality learning solutions and strives for a continuous, innovative, and sustainable learning culture.
We offer training in various fields such as social law, taxation, HRM, leadership, and personal effectiveness.
To support our Central Academy team, we are looking for an International Product Manager who will help expand our position across Europe.
Your Responsibilities: Strategic Growth: Responsible for the growth and strengthening of our training business in Europe by developing and managing an innovative and market-oriented product portfolio.
Business Focus: Inspire and advise local teams through in-depth analyses and effective portfolio presentations.
Digital Sales: Develop digital sales packages and strategies, converting content from free to paid services while ensuring an optimal user experience.
Value Proposition & Go-to-Market Strategy: Responsible for creating value propositions and defining and executing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and the marketing team.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with local teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation and optimization of new systems and processes.
Coordination and Support: Support daily operational queries from European Academy countries and actively participate in roadmap implementations.
Your Profile: Bachelor or Master degree or relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong business focus with experience in product or portfolio management.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
Knowledge of Spanish, French or other languages is a plus.
Experience or affinity with Learning & Development and digital tools such as LMS, webinars, and e-learning.
Proactive and customer-oriented attitude with a commercial mindset.
Strong business management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
Flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
You will be part of our team in Málaga, Spain.
This position offers a combination of remote work and office-based work.
