About the role - You will help to create an analytical culture within the HR team.- You will work close to the HR & Talent Managers to help them make decisions based on data.- Your focus will be on introducing a data-driven and goal-focused methodology on Fever's people processes and functions.
About you BA/BSc or Masters degree in data science, mathematics, engineering or other related studies.
Demonstrable work experience in Data Analytics.
Experience in People Analytics is desirable but not a requirement.
Ability to translate business questions to key research objectives.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Willingness to examine the status quo and resilient in the face of challenges.
Fluent in English.
