Key DutiesCold Calling: Actively reach out to potential independent retailers, presenting them with our extensive product offerings.Relationship Development: Identify key decision-makers and quickly build robust, professional relationships.Needs Assessment: Engage in consultative selling by understanding each retailer's specific needs and customizing our B2B solutions accordingly.Sales Closure: Utilize persuasive skills to convert leads into long-term business partners, ensuring mutually beneficial deals.Client Maintenance: Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to nurture relationships and identify further sales opportunities.Ideal Candidate ProfileCharismatic Presence: Possess a magnetic personality that captivates and engages people in conversation.Goal-Oriented: Passionate about meeting and surpassing sales targets, thriving on achieving and exceeding goals.Resilient Attitude: Embrace rejection, learn from it, and bounce back with renewed energy.
