The Senior Associate will be responsible together with Partners for managing deal flow, evaluating and analyzing potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, structuring deals ands supporting and following up portfolio companies.Experience and educationEither:Business Administration/Economics and Law education.
MBA a plusExperience structuring deals from a legal and business perspectiveExperience in VC or as an entrepreneur or supporting entrepreneursExperience in the VC, legal or M&A industriesOrMs in Bioengineering, PhD in Bioengineering a plusKnowledge of regulatory and market access proceses for Medtech productsExperience in the healthcare or Medtech industryExperience in VC or as an entrepreneur or supporting entrepreneursQualificationsFinancial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of venture capital and investment processesProficiency in Spanish and English.
