We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist for HW & SW to support our plant in Olmedo, Spain. Our colleague will provide direct support to office and production users, managing standard systems, both hardware and software. The IT Technician will report to the Country IT Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations across our manufacturing sites. Responsibilities: User Support Hardware Preparation and Imaging Software Installation and Configuration Asset Management Periodic Checklist and Maintenance Low-Level Switching Setup (VLAN) Hardware and Software Troubleshooting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience (3+ years) in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment Proficiency in using ticketing systems for incident management and tracking Familiarity with imaging systems like SCCM for hardware preparation and software deployment Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Experience with asset management systems and inventory tracking Basic understanding of networking principles and low-level switching (VLAN) setups Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Fluency in both written and spoken English and local language #J-18808-Ljbffr
