Join Visa: A Network Working for Everyone.Job Description:Sales Operations - Act as the Sales pipeline system lead for cluster being the point of contact for hub and local sales teams.Ensure that data recorded in sales pipeline system is accurate and up to date.Respond to hub and SE management reporting requests on cluster sales performance and pipeline.Strategy - Actively contribute to regular and ad-hoc strategy function deliverables by performing related data analyses, gathering and developing insights from the markets, building & maintaining MI tools, preparation of slides while ensuring cross-functional alignment.Conduct market research on key macro-economic indicators to build forecast models.Build strong relationships with country teams to obtain constant input about payment landscape in the country.Support European level strategic initiatives, prepare and socialize required templates, timeline and guidelines for the development of the strategic plan.Undertake strategic analysis based on market needs and management requests. Drive thought leadership on key payment topics.Business Planning & Operations - Support annual and 5-year business plan development.Track and contribute to development of the business plan as per the guideline and timeline.Support performance tracking efforts mainly based on scorecard.Deliver executive support on management reporting e.g. CLT, QPR, etc.Support and prepare content in response to requests and inquiries coming from hub and cluster management teams.Provide support to budgeting process.This position is open in the following locations: Istanbul, Madrid, and Milan.Qualifications:Demonstrable knowledge of the payments industry landscape, competition, trends and opportunities.Ability to be a lateral thinker and curious about the innovations and changes in the payment market landscape.Previous experience in a consulting firm is a plus.Strong background in market analysis, strategic business planning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong presence and ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally.Experience of working closely with senior level executives.Highly skilled communicator, both written and verbal.Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with attention to detail.Ability to cope with stress on tight deadlines.Undergraduate degree education, MBA or MSc is a plus.User knowledge of the following IT systems: MS Office suite, MS Dynamics, MicroStrategy and Tableau.Fluent in English.Willingness to travel within the Region 30%+.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
