Take your career farther than you thought possible.Under the direction of the Commercial Strategy & Operations Director, this individual will be responsible for collaborating in developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to differentiate BMS product portfolio by adding innovative value-added propositions for customers and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to improve the value proposition of our portfolio by adding innovative services that differentiate BMS's offer in front of the decision makers in the buying process.Responsible for innovative value-added services implementation and follow up from an economic and operational point of view: planning and executing complex projects that require excellent project management skills.Understand corporate portfolio strategy and collaborate in executing the Value Added Services strategy for the affiliate based on innovative projects for the stakeholders & external client.Develop relationships with stakeholders (HCPs) in order to identify unmet needs and opportunities to improve the value proposition of the projects designed by VAS.Work cross-functionally with the different BMS departments to ensure the correct implementation and execution of BMS's value proposition and possible projects: especially with Sales, Medical, Market Access & Marketing departments.Manage PSP coordination for all Patient Support Programs within BMS. Responsible for keeping the PSP repository updated, coordinating with PSP owners in the organization for updates and any need from WWCO.Compliance with Quality and Environment Policies.Skills/Knowledge RequiredDegree in Bachelor of Science required, MBA or advanced degree desirable.5+ years in pharmaceutical industry with experience in managing projects and/or analyzing market dynamics (marketing, Pharmacoeconomics, market research departments); experience with consulting firms managing projects is a plus.Desirable thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical industry, particularly in Hematology/Oncology/Innovative Medicines market knowledge.Project management experience and/or experience in market analysis.Computer Literature: Advanced level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent in written and spoken English.Teamwork and experience working with other multidisciplinary groups.Excellent project management skills: structured planning and execution skills
