Above and beyond technological aspects, which are constantly changing, the software developer fulfills an important role: building our SaaS solution by translating specific professional, product, and financial needs from our product team, into quality source code, with a focus on design.Working within a task force, you will help develop one or several modules of the LittleBIG Connection platform and will be fully involved in the team operations.OperationalManage the direction of developments within your team,Distribute tasks, and organize team members' workloadTake charge of problem solving,Monitor the team's skills developmentLead and supervise the development team through a collaborative and intelligence-driven mindsetParticipate in recruitment sessionsRespect the team's commitmentsSoftware development and designManage design, development, code review, and merge requests.Deployments, branch management, RunTrack operating environments used by your teamMonitor all branches of your team,Solve blocking problems/hot fixing.Profile RequirementBackground in IT engineering or similar, desire to evolve in a scale-up environmentAt least 5 years of experience in a similar rolePassionate about development and technology, your main motivation will be your contribution to the evolution of the codebase of an innovative SaaS solution. You will also be eager to investigate and solve problemsPragmatic, aware of the constraints and able to propose appropriate solutionsKnowledge of working in a decentralized environment (multi-site development).
