How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Mission Summary: The Energy Analyst will work within the SIO Energy Optimization team, and work together with the Iberian Energy Management team on specific local missions.
These missions include: Energy Intelligence Management of Air Liquide South West Europe: Ownership of Sales Energy databases in SWE Maintenance and improvements of Energy BI reports Energy portfolio performance reporting Energy Operations and Optimization in Spain and Portugal: Ancillary services data management Energy sourcing overwatch Spain and Portugal energy markets follow-up Tooling development for costs and commercial management Support for Energy Management in Spain and Portugal.
You will work hand-in-hand with Iberian Energy Managers and an Energy Optimization Lead to drive forward energy operations excellence and strategy management, and participate in the exciting evolutions of Energy Management in a fast-changing environment (PPAs, flexibility, low-carbon offers, new technologies…).
Are you a MATCH?
Education: Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Specialization in Energy, Climate or Data is appreciated Soft and Hard Skills: Ability to analyze and understand complex problems.
Ability to speak and write in Spanish.
Ability to speak and write either in French or English.
Strong data analysis skills from data cleaning to clear visualizations (including one scripting language such as Python, R or data management language such as SQL, DAX).
A first experience in the energy sector is appreciated.
Languages: English fluency is Must have Additional languages, like Spanish and French are nice to have.
