Air Liquide Healthcare is a world leader in medical gases, home healthcare services, and specialty ingredients. Our 16,300 employees support 1.8 million chronic patients and serve 15,000 hospitals and new locations of care. Our Spanish subsidiary, which specializes in medical gases, has set up an innovation team with IoT expertise. We want to use the skills of this team to support and provide technical training to other European subsidiaries on the technical roll-out of our new digital offerings. In order to simplify the medical gas management by our hospital customers, we are currently launching new digital offers in Europe. Oyan Smart e-Services and Piping Connect are online platforms for hospital customers to optimize logistics of cylinders, save time, and improve traceability of Oyan Smart medical oxygen cylinders, and monitor metrics in medical piped systems (flow, pressure) enabling anomalies detection. Both offers include an important IoT part. In this Innovation team based in Madrid (ES), you will be e-services technical support lead, working with affiliates in Europe. Key Responsibilities: Be the referent expert regarding the technologies used, in particular IoT infrastructure installation and optimization. Support countries affiliates for the deployment, including the installation and maintenance of equipment in the customer hospitals. Train the affiliates teams on IoT aspects, your main interlocutor in the countries will be a key user (technical local reference). Report, track and help resolve potential issues reported by affiliates with internal stakeholders in charge of the platform.
