.Description du posteReporting to the Head of Accounting and Regulatory Reporting, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following functions:General accounting/monthly and year-end closings.Payroll accounting.Invoicing and payment of suppliers.Issuing and accounting of invoices issued. Collection management.Reconciliation of accounting accounts.Posting of external agents' retrocessions and settlement of retros.AMEX and VISAS employees.Employee expense notes.CRM control (minimum reserve ratio).Relationship with Bank of Spain:Management of external agent reporting.Control of minimum reserve ratio.Relationship with AEAT and Regional Tax Authorities:Preparation and filing of monthly tax returns (VAT/withholdings) and annual tax returns (information returns).Invoicing statement to the SII (Immediate Information System).Critères de candidatureDate de prise de fonction: 02/12/2024Durée: 18Poste avec management: NonCadre / Non Cadre: Non cadreNiveau d'étude minimum: Bac + 3 / L3Formation / Spécialisation: The selected person must have a higher technical education in General Accounting and Tax Standards: Degree in Accounting or Higher Technician in Accounting. Good command of Excel and ability to learn internal applications (experience as a FAST user is an asset). Fluent in Spanish, English, and/or French (liaison with Finance teams in Luxembourg) - level B2+/C1.
