About the role
As a Revenue Operations Manager - eduQa, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the sales, marketing, and key account management functions to ensure seamless end-to-end processes that drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for optimizing the entire revenue cycle, including lead management, deal management, onboarding, data integrity, reporting, and forecasting, with the goal of maximizing efficiency and scaling growth. You will act as the central point of collaboration between departments, enabling them to execute strategic initiatives through the use of data, technology, and streamlined processes.
What challenges you'll be solving Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to revenue generation and customer experience.Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve processes across the revenue cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and customer retention. Ensure that these processes are scalable and aligned with business objectives. Overseeing both inbound and outbound functions.Sales Enablement: Develop and manage tools and resources to support the sales team in their efforts, including CRM systems, sales collateral, and communication platforms.Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, revenue generation, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, customer churn, and more. Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis.
