Job Purpose: Responsibilities: Posting and allocation of incoming payments (60%) Direct Debiting End to End Process (8%) Credit card reconciliation process end to end (5%) Cheque and Bill of Exchange End to End process (5%) Query handling (15%) Reconciliation incoming cash in transit accounts (5%) Sox Controls (2%) Knowledge, Skills and Experience: No prior experience necessary. Vocational with Finance and Accounting field of study required. Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed. Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills. Possesses strong data entry skills. Able to perform basic mathematical calculations. Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency. Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to be immobile for long extended periods. Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others. Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
