Become part of our powerful team in Augsburg or Hamburg (flexibility for remote work across Western and Central Europe).Your accountabilities:You drive the identification, selection, and development of EPC partners leveraging our existing relationships and targeting key new EPCs across the different segments and verticals of the hydrogen value chain.You create a pipeline of strong complementary industries like HRS, equipment suppliers, engineering companies, investors, and project developers.You lead a cross-functional task force consisting of product development, engineering, sales, and executive leadership teams to develop and communicate value propositions that lead to long-term partnerships.You prioritize partnership targets based on the value for each party, focusing on partnerships that create a strong market presence for H-TEC.You work with the commercial and legal teams to close collaboration terms with the respective involved players.You provide guidance to proposals based on technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects to create a successful customer/partnership outcome.Profile:You have gained experience in Hydrogen, Industrial Gases, and Energy industries for a combined total of 10 years.You have an education from an accredited university or college and sales experience with users of Hydrogen, energy, and oil & gas.You demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.You display the ability to take ownership, execute, and shape results in a global-matrix organization.You have EPC or complex project management experience and knowledge of EPC GTM strategies.You feel comfortable working in a fast-growing industry and company.You are personally interested in being part of decarbonization efforts to make climate goals a reality.What we offer:A job with a future, a great team with flat hierarchies and start-up spirit.Early assumption of responsibility and varied tasks.Mobile working with modern technologies and flexible working hours.Socializing events such as summer and end-of-year celebrations, barbecues, and fun at work.30 days of vacation and an attractive salary.Company pension scheme and meal allowance.
