Job SummaryAmazon is currently looking for a proactive and result-oriented Finance Manager to become a major contributor to our European Accounting team to focus on incoming sustainability reporting requirements in Europe.Key Job ResponsibilitiesReviewing and evaluating the accounting and financial reporting implications related to ESG reporting mattersDeveloping processes within accounting that integrate sustainability and financial reporting requirementsDeveloping controls over ESG reporting in statutory financial statementsMonitoring regulatory developments in ESG reporting and sharing knowledge and awareness within EMEA accounting teamsBig 4 public accounting experience with large-sized multinational clientsUnderstanding of current ESG regulatory developments in Europe and internationallySubstantial experience in end-to-end financial and sustainability reporting processes, including a strong understanding of statutory filings, internal controls, audits, and their related requirementsSolid organizational skills along with an aptitude for information technologyStrong interpersonal written and oral communication skillsComfortable managing ambiguous situations independentlyProactive and results-driven, ability to correctly set priorities and meet challenging deadlinesCertified accountant qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) #J-18808-Ljbffr
