At Palex Group, a leading company in the hospital sector, we are hiring a Head of Corporate Treasury for our offices in Sant Cugat del Vallès. Reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager, the Head of Corporate Treasury will lead and coordinate the setting up of the corporate treasury department, defining roles and responsibilities (at group and at local level), group policies, systems, and banking map.
He or she will also focus on the search for financial efficiencies and synergies.
Main Responsibilities:Optimization of the Group's financial resourcesEvaluation of the Group's cash needsDefinition of the Group's treasury policyDefinition of the Group's hedging policyCreation and maintenance of the Group's treasury reportingCoordination of daily communications with financial institutionsCoordination of the Group's insurancesParticipation in new financing processesSupport in the budget and forecast processSupport to local teamsCoordination with other corporate finance teamsIdentify areas for improvement, proposing customized and rational solutions, in terms of costs, for the areas where they are neededEnsure compliance with the provisions established by the BoD and establish the necessary principles of action so that they can be put into practiceBasic Training:Higher university education in the area of Economics or Management.
