Your Mission: We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Market Data Infrastructure team. This team is responsible for ingesting and processing large volumes of real-time financial data from exchanges and other sources. The role involves managing, optimising, and troubleshooting low-latency, high-performance systems that handle data feeds such as stock prices, FX rates, and other trading information. You will collaborate with the development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure the seamless operation of the market data infrastructure.
Responsibilities: Design, manage, and optimise infrastructure for real-time, low-latency systems that process high volumes of financial data.Monitor and ensure the reliability and performance of services in production environments.Lead efforts in refining, improving, and developing new CI/CD pipelines.Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Linux-based systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the infrastructure supports data ingestion and distribution SLAs at scale.Administer and maintain monitoring systems ensuring proactive monitoring of infrastructure and services. Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.Strong experience with Linux systems (Debian), with a focus on performance tuning, real-time, and low-latency environments.Expertise in Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
