Key Responsibilities: Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation.Perform credit control, contact customers and internal departments to unblock pending payments, and present an updated status for each customer.Maintaining accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, confirming the validity of the debt.Accurately perform daily reconciliations of banks.Perform travel expenses reimbursement to employees and intercompany invoicing recharges.Maintain contact with external service providers (Sanitas, Solred, Edenred, etc.) and keep internal processes updated.Complete end-of-month close procedures.Conduct internal control reviews to ensure compliance and enhance financial systems.Active participation in internal and external audit processes.Your Profile: Degree in Finance or equivalent accounting qualification.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Intermediate level of English.Benefits: Health Insurance.Pension Contributions.Career and growth development (Kardex academy).Work-Life Balance (hybrid work).
