Now we are looking for a Head of Growth Product to lead a team of seven experienced Growth Product Managers. Together, you'll drive the growth and impact of the company's AI-powered mobile apps.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage a team of Growth Product Managers, nurturing the teammates you have to grow and expand skill sets, and reach goals collectively.Plot new strategies that drive revenue and break ground on future opportunities.Prioritize and distribute growth initiatives.Improve current growth processes and set up new ones.Cooperate closely with other heads of departments. Requirements: Over 3 years of experience in mobile app subscription monetization.At least 3 years of management experience.Experience with the full monetization funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, organic, and referral growth loops.Experience with business growth mechanics (App Store, Google Play).Understanding how LTV prediction is constructed and what it consists of.A thorough understanding of mobile promotion, development, and monetization.Successful experience with Web2app and Web2Web - will be a plus.Consummate analytical skills, the ability to work with numbers, notice patterns, and detail.Excellent people management skills.At least an Upper intermediate level of English.
