Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures all parts requirements are met per contractual customer requirementsEnsures all parts requirements are met for Wencor.Coordinates parts replenishment for consumables and rotable bank level requirementsMonitors contract delivery requirements to ensure deliveries are met.Ensures compliance with customer & Wencor quality and delivery requirements.Identify potential Quality issues.Performs inbound and outbound Receiving / Shipping Inspection including Customs Clearance.Order entry for customer requested parts.Ensure full understanding of Processes as it relates to program materials.Maintain on-site warehouse in compliance with Wencor procedures.Establishes and Maintains good customer relations and ensures customers receive prompt, world-class service with the existing customer base.Contact customers to follow up, promote products and review missed sales opportunities and provide quote responses.Helps with collections as needed.Order Shipping Materials - Order monthly or bi-monthly shipping supplies and thermal printer supplies.Cycle Count of InventoryFlexible schedule to meet customer shop requirementsAdditional responsibilities as assigned by managementQualifications:
