OUR TEAM
The Customer Project Engineering department (internally named as Postsale Engineering department) is responsible for landing the technical requirements from a High-Level Design according to customer expectations, and generating the Statement of Works and Low-Level Design, being the main technical contact for the Customer during the establishment and deployment of a customer project.
MISSION
Technical service design for Multinational and Carrier Customers, covering products such as Data, Voice, and Multiservice, to satisfy Customer's Technical requirements.
MAIN ACTIVITIES RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand E2E technical solution proposed by Presales teams.Confirm and/or fine-tune technical requirements with the customer, with the appropriate level of detail required for the delivery of the service.Lead technical discussions with customers during the design phase.Low & high-level design for Data, Voice, and UC technologies, focusing on SDWAN and LAN/WLAN.Provide low-level design specifications.Provide support to the Project Manager team on the Kick Off with the Customer.Work with technical experts working on specific areas of a solution design.Continuous research and innovation to find better, technically improved, and cost-effective solutions.Specific skills: Customer focus.Self-starter with strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.Ability to multi-task, work well independently, and in a team environment.Technical Knowledge:
Security, SDWAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies (CISCO/Viptela, Juniper, Meraki, Fortinet).
Professional experience:
Around 3 years of experience in the role.
Previously worked on the full lifecycle of a project from Design Engineering through to operations.
Experience of working on Global projects.
Languages:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
Education:
Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
