At Safeguard Global, we are looking to hire a dynamic 360° Business Development and Recruitment Consultant to join our growing international Staff-Leasing team located in Coruña to support our Temporary employment agency (ETT).
How you will make a difference: You will make a difference by identifying business opportunities and collaborating with the Market Leader by contacting and delivering company presentations to target companies for staff leasing services.
You will shape sales strategies and reach out to key decision-makers and build their trust by managing your own group of assigned customers.
You will maintain appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records.
By being a team player, you can collaborate with other Safeguard departments to meet our goals.
What will give you an advantage: Experience working in a temporary employment agency is required.
Know the Coruña market.
Working experience gained in selling staff-leasing services.
Comfortable with sales activities, discussions with prospects and customers, and closing deals.
Spanish and Intermediate English (written and spoken).
Used to work in a fast-paced environment.
University Degree, preferably in Business Administration.
