We have come a long way since launching in 2016 — we're in Norway, Sweden, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Germany, Austria, Portugal, UK, Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland - and we won't stop expanding.We need your help: Due to solid growth, Otovo has determined to establish a new marketing hub in Madrid which will cover SEO, Performance Marketing, Design and Content creation for some of the group's markets.Some of your key responsibilities will be:Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth across all markets.Recruit and manage a strong team of performance marketing managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their professional growth.Develop and manage performance marketing budgets across all markets.Continuously analyze and optimize performance marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure Performance activities are aligned with broader business objectives.Collaborate with the sales and product teams.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive innovation and optimization of Otovo's performance marketing efforts.Who we think you are:Currently based or willing to relocate to Madrid.Near Native level of English.Extensive experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2C lead generation.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.Experience managing and mentoring a team of performance marketing professionals.Extensive experience with Hubspot.You place significant value on the opportunity to gain experience within a rapidly expanding scale-up company.Data-driven mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through performance marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.What's in it for you?
