Internally, you'll partner closely with local market officers, leasing officers, capital deployment teams, and on-the-ground customer-facing teams.You will report to the Director of Engineering and Execution. As our regional renewable construction expert, you will oversee, coordinate, and manage the vendors we work with who are responsible for building a portfolio of projects for Prologis. You will represent Prologis to ensure the work is consistent with our standards and drives value for our customers. This role requires experience building energy projects and knowledge or expertise in electrical, structural, and civil work. This position offers an unparalleled ability to build the largest portfolio of commercial energy assets globally.Responsibilities: Coordinate all construction-related deliverables from project introduction through the construction and commissioning including working with the Europe Energy Team, local internal real estate teams (Spain and France), customers, and vendors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and that all requirements of the project are met.Lead the Project, including consultants and contractors to develop the works within Prologis specifications, budget, and schedules.Prepare or assist in the preparation of reporting that captures major project milestones, risks, notes, and other key project information for internal and external stakeholders
