Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day maintenance operations, including both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to maximize equipment and system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors to effectively schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
Create and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation while maintaining financial goals.
Define the spare parts inventory policy and oversee the Spare Parts warehouse.
Provide training and supervision to the maintenance staff, supporting their ongoing skill development and knowledge enhancement.

Who you are:
You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
You have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading a Maintenance Team, preferably in the pharmaceuticals industry.
You have strong experience and knowledge of maintenance best practices and RCM approach.
You have strong leadership and management skills.
Proficient in using maintenance management systems (preferably SAP).
Excellent oral and written communication skills. You are proficient in English.
