As the leader of the team responsible for the group-wide security platforms - powering Swiss Re's Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC) - you'll lead an impactful engineering team focused on delivering solutions in a reliable, consistent, robust, sustainable, and cost-efficient manner. You'll be working in a flexible setup, balancing work from home and the office premises.About the team: The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk & compliance, group operational resilience, and corporate security. We define and advance the company's security strategy. You'll lead the Security Platforms Engineering Team - where our mission is to build a robust cybersecurity platform that produces excellent detection signals and empowers security analysts to focus on the incidents that matter, while automating as much as possible. We do this across a hybrid and global multi-cloud IT estate, using modern solutions we own end-to-end.In your role, you will:Lead, inspire, and develop the team by establishing an environment which enables autonomy and mastery for all team members; build up team cohesion,shared values, and mutual trust.Provide a development path which enables all colleagues to continuously improve their skills and provide space for continuous learning and growth for the team.Work with the Product Owner in a shared leadership model to jointly deliver the right things in the right way.Foster sound DevSecOps practices for the continuous development of the platform.Maintain a working environment and culture that allows the team members to achieve their best potential.Work closely with incident response, threat intelligence, and other relevant teams to achieve defined objectives and key results.Your qualifications: Nobody meets 100% of our requirements.
