You will provide expert support to users, ensuring they have a seamless and efficient experience. If you're a native Dutch speaker with a strong customer service background, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing fintech company.


Role Overview:
You will support Dutch users of a leading online banking app, primarily through chat. Your tasks include helping customers set up accounts, resolving transaction issues, identifying and escalating fraud cases, and ensuring overall satisfaction. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients and improving internal processes.

Who We're Looking For:
Native Dutch speakers with at least a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and experience in customer-facing roles. You will be part of a vibrant, supportive team in a rapidly expanding company.
