What do you have to offer? University degree or equivalent work experienceSAP Activate Methodology or (cloud) Project Management Certifications are an added valueMinimum five years consulting/project management experienceFluency in English; German language is a plusSufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for discussions with HR leadersExperience with at least 2 full cycle cloud-based implementations as a project managerUnderstanding of SAP SuccessFactors with additional on-prem SAP HCM is preferredUnderstanding of SAP Activate methodology is preferredExperience with project management tools for planning and follow-upSolid interpersonal and strong communication skillsAbility to manage different stakeholdersAbility to coach team membersWhich tasks can you expect? Be the consistent face of project delivery from the initial bid process through to project completion (including post go-live hypercare)Create ongoing and sustainable relationships with customers and project team membersUnderstand the customer's HR priorities and the HR calendar and help define detailed implementation plansTrack & update timelines, budget, scope & resource planning during the implementation and align with necessary stakeholdersEnsure successful go-live on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction (100% reference-ability)Provide customer guidance and support on Communications, Change Management, Training Strategy, and Testing StrategyIn collaboration with the Solution Architect, work out different strategies in terms of ways of working, integrations, data migration, transition, etc.
