The person will be supporting the development of the Ormco business activities in the Barcelona region, exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development as well as cultivating relationships with new and existing customers. You will also be driven to develop leads and find creative ways to penetrate the market.
Responsibilities:Represent Ormco and Spark in Spain and be the first point of contact for our customers in your region.Develop, establish, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.Visit customers regularly to promote products, relate new product information, and receive feedback on the company's products and services.Responsible for creating long-lasting relationships and realization of revenue growth with orthodontic specialists.Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.Organize customer events together with the Spanish team and represent Ormco and Spark at industry events and trade shows.Relate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation.Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management.Prepare periodic reports, including weekly call reports, weekly expense reports, and other reports as assigned.Job Requirements:3 - 5 years of sales and general business experience.Has a strategic view on business development.Demonstrated ability to relate well with people and work in a remote team environment.Experience operating in an international environment.Fluent in English and native Spanish language communication skills; additional language is an asset.Previous experience within the medical devices, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry (preferred).Excellent computer skills (in Excel and CRM).Valid driver's license B.Based in and supporting the Barcelona region.Operating Company:Ormco
