Due to our rapid expansion, we are now looking to hire a fulltime Administration and Recruitment Officer. You will be working from our offices in Valencia or Madrid and report to the CFO. You work in close collaboration with 2 colleagues located in Belgium and with HR management.What will you do? Administration tasks (50%): You support the management team with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks.You handle local office management (ordering paper, coffee, laptops, printer toners, communicate with cleaning service, etc.).You liaise with payroll, accounting, banks and insurance companies in Spain, to provide them with necessary information.You provide administrative support for company cars, phone, internet, office equipment etc.You coordinate correspondence, answer incoming calls, and welcome visitors.You organize travel for employees (book flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.).You give general administrative support including managing agendas, liaising with clients and employees, creating and amending documents, organising trainings and events, arranging meetings, etc.Recruitment & HR tasks (50%): You take ownership of designated job searches and plan how to execute the search in collaboration with the HR manager.You write and/or adapt job descriptions and post them on the appropriate channels, using our Recruitee platform and LinkedIn Recruiter Seat.What do we offer you?
