The Opportunity
Join Puig, a leader in Luxury Fragrance and Fashion, as an E-Business Development & Digital Marketing Graduate in a one-year program. In the first half, you will focus on eCommerce Business Development, driving growth and optimizing lifestyle brands like Banderas, Adolfo Dominguez, and Victorio & Lucchino.
In the second half, your role will broaden to encompass both eBusiness Development and Digital Marketing, where you will play a key role in shaping digital strategies for Benetton and Shakira.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various e-business and digital initiatives to strengthen lifestyle brand presence across multiple online platforms. You'll work closely with the Amazon and brand team, local market teams, and external agencies to execute impactful digital strategies and ensure our content stands out in the competitive e-commerce landscape.
What you'll get to do
eBusiness Development for Lifestyle Brands:
Analyze Sell-In and Sell-Out data to drive effective business strategies.
Conduct profitability analyses and track key performance metrics.
Define and support promotional activities and enhance brand portfolios.
Optimize and manage product catalogs for various lifestyle brands.
Lead weekly calls with Amazon, agencies, and key partners.
Assist in identifying, onboarding, and launching new opportunities.
Global Digital Marketing for Shakira and Benetton Perfumes (starting in June 2025):
Elevate Brand Visibility: Ensure our brand is effectively represented on key etailer websites and Amazon, maintaining a consistent and high-quality presence.
Optimize Guidelines: Regularly update our etailing guidelines with fresh digital assets and insights, providing clear recommendations for local markets to follow.
Support Local Teams: Collaborate with local teams to help them implement successful etailing initiatives that drive growth and engagement.
Coordinate with Agencies: Work with creative agencies to produce compelling digital assets such as banners, comparison charts, newsletters, and more.
Web Content Management:
Assist in the development of new landing pages and oversee updates to our website, ensuring content is always fresh and relevant.
Email Marketing:
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, using analytics to improve performance and maximize reach.
We'd love to meet you if you have:
Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
