Your role will be sitting inside the events department.
Your responsibilities will be: End to end execution of the conference, coordinating all aspects of the event to ensure that it meets all requirements and deadlines.Source suppliers and vendors (catering, WiFi, AV, photo/videographers, furniture, medical, security, cleaning, printing, badging, entertainment).Working closely with our speaker recruiter to find top-notch speakers who can deliver engaging topics.Evaluating the effectiveness of ProductCon based on attendance statistics and feedback from attendees.
Continual evaluation and improvement of existing processes.Creating a ProductCon strategy for upcoming months and year.
