As one of the largest tech platforms for a huge industry (the phone or computer you're reading this on was, after all shipped), we've been crushing it with double-digit growth, year after year.About The PositionYou're a passionate and curious aspiring UX/UI designer who is eager to learn and grow in a hands-on, practical environment. While you may still be developing your design skills, you have a strong sense of creativity and a desire to learn how to balance beautiful design with real-world challenges. You're excited to work in fast-paced, agile environments where projects evolve quickly, and you're adaptable to feedback and iteration.You enjoy collaboration and are keen to learn how to partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. Whether it's assisting in user research, contributing to wireframes, or helping with interface mockups, you're eager to dive in and contribute to delivering meaningful user experiences.You're enthusiastic about understanding what users need and advocating for great experiences. As an intern, you're here to learn the ropes of UX/UI design while playing a role in shaping how users interact with the tools that help move global trade forward.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong knowledge of interaction design processes and methodology, particularly applied to desktop products.Understand product specifications and user behaviors.Have an eye for creating elegant, easy-to-use interfaces with a rich and complex set of features.Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to reach your common goal of improving the product and user experience.Work closely with developers and QA to make sure that your visual designs are translated perfectly when coded.Whiteboard ideas with the product/design team to design functional, thoughtful out and appealing interfaces.Develop agility when moving from an idea to execution and flexibility for different levels of iteration.Work collaboratively with the team, contributing ideas and learning how to navigate a fast-paced environment
