Our founding team has strong entrepreneurial experience building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO.Your Role Reporting directly to our CMO Thomas, this is what you'll do:Key Responsibilities UX Research : Conduct comprehensive user research to understand target audiences and gather insights that drive design decisions.Wire-framing and Prototyping : Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, ensuring both functionality and user engagement.User Interface Design : Develop innovative and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance user interaction, satisfaction, and engagement across our platform.User Testing : Plan and execute user testing sessions to validate designs, gather feedback, and make insight-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.Collaborative Development : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.Design Systems : Develop and maintain robust design systems to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.Accessibility and Inclusivity : Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are inclusive for a diverse range of users.Drive Growth-Oriented Design : Focus on creating designs that not only enhance user experience but also support key business objectives, such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization.Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of design elements using user feedback and data analytics, iterating as necessary to optimize the user experience.Champion customer-centricity principles : Ensure that our platform meaningfully engages our customers and advocate for customer needs.Articulate and challenge design decisions : Act with autonomy and integrity. We invite challenge and expect you to be able to defend and articulate the WHY behind any design decision.Your Qualifications Hard Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design (or UI/UX design) with a proven track record of successful projects.Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools.Demonstrated experience in designing consumer-facing digital products, with expertise in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces
