About the Role: We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team.
As a UX/UI Designer at SD Worx, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver interfaces that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities: User Research : Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to convey design concepts effectively.
Visual Design : Design cohesive and visually appealing UI elements, including icons, buttons, and layouts.
Collaboration : Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with business objectives and technical feasibility.
User-Centered Design : Apply best practices and principles to craft accessible, user-friendly interfaces.
Feedback Integration : Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
Design Systems : Develop, maintain, and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role.
Proficiency in tools like Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , or similar design software.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished work.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles , usability, and best practices.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines .
Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams in an Agile environment .
Strong communication and presentation skills .
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.
Experience with tools for user research and analytics.
Knowledge of HR software or enterprise-level applications.
