We're looking for a customer-focused Product Designer who can ideate, shape and deliver a successful product and beyond.
We are seeking a motivated and talented Product Designer who can quickly familiarize themselves with our products and processes, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of their work.
This is a unique opportunity to use your research and design skills in a way that makes a real, immediate difference at a young and energetic company. The successful candidate will be a member of the product team, working on various tasks and projects in support of Badger's core business. We are a growing company, but a small team, so every team member has a wide range of daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to operate independently with little direction, and their contributions will have a direct and measurable impact on the company's success.
This is a temporary position of at least 8 months and we're looking for someone who can work 40 hours a week.
What to expect:
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand the needs and pain points of users, aiming to improve their user experience.
Continuously iterate on designs based on constructive feedback from internal stakeholders and users.
Independently work on projects to completion, growing both professionally and personally with a team that's dedicated to helping you succeed.
Communicate openly and transparently supporting each other's ideas while thinking critically.

What we are looking for:
1-2 years of product design experience, not exclusively freelance.
Excellent English communication skills verbal and written.
Strong design skills with a focus on web and internal tools.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and processes and changing focus managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable collaborating with developers, product managers and stakeholders.
Familiarity with design systems.
Proficiency with Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Nice to have: basic knowledge of CRM systems.
