Tasks Responsibilities Administration, support, and new implementation of our cloud portfolio (Cloud PURE, Zoom, five9, ThinkOwl). Configurations of Freeswitch, FusionPBX, databases, and more. Ensuring smooth operation and continuous development of cloud solutions. Technical support and advice for our customers on the use and integration of cloud services. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize and implement new functions and features. Planning implementations to be carried out in the SBC environment is also part of your job. Installation, configuration, administration of virtualized server environments such as VMware, Windows, and Linux. You will be responsible for processing technical incidents/changes and projects in the SIP and session border controller environment.
