Required skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in user experience, media design, human-computer interaction, interface or interaction designExpert knowhow on digital content (online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, WCAG)Expert understanding of user centricity, target groups, user scenarios, user dialoguesHigh analytical skills to model user and information flows improving digital sales experienceAdvanced in prototyping and related tools; good understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and working in CMS with templates is a plusExperience in digital sales, marketing, IT, and/or relevant aviation fields is an advantageComfortable and competent to align user-centered thinking in an agile working environmentFlexible to work on different digital B2C initiatives in a team and independentlyFrustration tolerant, constructive and searching for ways to move forwardVery good communication skills towards cross-functional teams and stakeholdersFluent in English and German (C1)If you are passionate about technologies, define yourself as a team worker, want to work with a multidisciplinary and international team, and want to be part of a company which is permanently expanding and growing in an international environment, we encourage you to apply!
