This role is of operational importance delivering research activities to provide insights and recommendations across a range of projects for GCPS.
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will work on a range of research projects in which you will deliver compelling, customer-centric insights for the business.
Work with Product Managers and Lead Researchers to develop design outcomes that balance the business/customer needs, translating the brief into highly effective production-ready solutions.Work on a variety of projects to plan and implement research methodologies to gather industry, user, and expert inputs, translating them into clear insights and innovation strategies.
Develop partnerships within your assigned team(s) and foster effective relationships with stakeholders around GCPS.
Effectively contribute to the DX community, providing domain expertise and delivering highly impactful customer-centric insights outcomes that enhance our brand perception, hit business KPIs, and drive commercial success.ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive research projects, creating end-to-end research studies for your product area.Mentor/manage more junior research staff.Deliver and support research initiatives beyond your product squad.Deliver and support colleagues in evaluating our design language, aesthetic, and interaction paradigms.Play an active role in championing our design ethos, providing expert guidance to junior and non-research staff.Develop successful relationships with stakeholders, building support, trust, and enhancing the DX team's profile.Must Haves/Experience5+ years of hands-on experience in user-experience research.University degree or equivalent industry experience in psychology, HCI, UX Design, UX Research.Compelling portfolio consisting of multiple research projects showcasing your thinking, contribution, actions, and outcomes.Successfully delivered research activities on digital products.Experience working with Agile, Lean, Sprint-based processes.Excellent technical skills with Dscout, UserZoom, Survey Monkey, or equivalent.Competencies/KnowledgeDemonstrate experience in successfully delivering research projects within large organisations and corporate environments.Demonstrated record of leading research projects and delivering insights with global audiences.Ability to variety of projects to plan and implement research methodologies to gather industry, user, and expert insights, translating them into tangible design and innovation strategies.Ability to effectively advocate design-thinking, UXR methodologies, and user-centric solutions, balancing outcomes within the context and constraints of the business.Why Vodafone?At Vodafone, we are concerned about being a company committed to diversity as an engine of change.
