From ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for our next UX Researchers to cooperate with our partner, global leader in B2 B IT Travel.You would work in an hybrid mode in Madrid (location : Arturo Soria/Ventas) and with flexible hours (intensive in summer and on friday...).Your mission would be to...Create the UX strategy Work with the intrapreneur and other stakeholders to develop a business vision based on markets dynamics, ecosystem participants, end user and traveler needs Continuously influence, via research data and proof-points, the scope and direction of the project to generate to ensure desirability and impact on the market Plan and run UX Research Take an open question, an identified pain point or gain creator and translate it into testable hypothesis.Define and execute the research protocol to test the hypothesis.Examples: contextual and individual interviews, field research (eg, shadowing, observation), exploratory surveys Get feedback on mock-ups, prototypes, MVPs from users via quantitative and qualitative methods you will define and execute (eg, participatory design, card sorting, mock-up walkthroughs, protype or product user testing, qualitative and quantitative A/B testing) Conduct competitive and comparative research and analysis to complement end user data points Based on research analysis: Generate actionable reports, define personas, experience maps and end user/customer journeys Define good quality user experience Plan and facilitate ideation design sessions with the project team to inject UX research findings in the design process Based on research findings and workshop outcomes, formalize flows and how to best test potential solutions Ensure a good synergy within the teams Interact closely with the team to co-design the research questions and experiments, as well as potential solutions Communicate actionable research findings Evangelize good UX practices Our requirements would be : Education & Qualifications: Master in ergonomics/psychology or equivalent.Fluent in English A significant experience as a UX Researcher as well as a strong knowledge on tools and techniques (e.G.field research, heuristic reviews, usability testing, benchmarking, card sorts, low-fidelity prototyping methods), and know the strengths and weaknesses of each.Experience in UX design is a plus You enjoy working in a friendly, fast-paced team environment, you are proactive and comfortable sharing ideas You are a natural problem solver with creativity and good communication You have excellent project management and organizational skills and you can work collaboratively and productively and as well as independently.A portfolio showcasing your work is expected.What we can offer you Discovering a stimulating and friendly working environment globally and in Madrid Experimenting a start-up mindset in a global tech company with many experts and professionals Being part of a dynamic team, highly motivated with a great sense of achievement Being a strong UX voice in the product development lifecycle Involving real users as part of your job Learning new things everyday Getting an attractive salary If you are interested in the position, please share your detailed CV in english at ****** and ****** and we'll try to answer you as soon as possible.
