Work Experience:4-5 years of experience in user research (UX Research), ideally in sectors like technology, financial services, healthcare, e-commerce, or digital consulting.Languages:Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct research and present findings effectively in both languages.Qualitative and Quantitative Research Expertise:Proficient in methodologies such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability testing, and satisfaction surveys to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs and expectations.Data Analysis and Insight Synthesis:Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation of behavioral patterns to generate actionable insights that inform strategic product decisions.Familiarity with UX Research and Data Analysis Tools:Experienced with UX research tools such as UserTesting, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, and Miro. Knowledge of data analysis tools like SPSS and Google Analytics.Effective Communication and Facilitation Skills:Ability to communicate findings and insights clearly, adapting presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure stakeholders understand and leverage research results.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
