WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
Work Experience: 4-5 years of experience in user research (UX Research), ideally in sectors like technology, financial services, healthcare, e-commerce, or digital consulting.
Languages: Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct research and present findings effectively in both languages.
Qualitative and Quantitative Research Expertise: Proficient in methodologies such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, usability testing, and satisfaction surveys to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs and expectations.
Data Analysis and Insight Synthesis: Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation of behavioral patterns to generate actionable insights that inform strategic product decisions.
Familiarity with UX Research and Data Analysis Tools: Experienced with UX research tools such as UserTesting, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, and Miro.
Knowledge of data analysis tools like SPSS and Google Analytics.
Effective Communication and Facilitation Skills: Ability to communicate findings and insights clearly, adapting presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure stakeholders understand and leverage research results.

Planning and Conducting UX Research Studies: Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze collected data to identify patterns, creating actionable insights that guide product design and development decisions.
Application of Research Tools and Methodologies: Utilize research and analysis tools effectively to collect and interpret data, ensuring research studies are accurate and efficient.
Presentation and Communication of Findings: Lead meetings and present research results to various stakeholders, tailoring presentations to match audience expertise and maximizing the impact of the insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, product, development, and business teams to ensure user insights are integrated throughout the development process and aligned with product strategy.
User Experience Improvement Recommendations: Recommend actions based on user insights to optimize user experience, aligning suggestions with business goals and user expectations.
