We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Technology Team. If you want to participate in one of our biggest International projects, don't hesitate to apply!
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in user experience, media design, human-computer interaction, interface, or interaction design.
Expert knowhow on digital content (online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, WCAG).
Expert understanding of user centricity, target groups, user scenarios, user dialogues.
High analytical skills to model user and information flows improving digital sales experience.
Advanced in prototyping and related tools; good understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and working in CMS with templates is a plus.
Experience in digital sales, marketing, IT, and/or relevant aviation fields is an advantage.
Comfortable and competent to align user-centered thinking in an agile working environment.
Flexible to work on different digital B2C initiatives in a team and independently.
Frustration tolerant, constructive, and searching for ways to move forward.
Very good communication skills towards cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Fluent in English and German (C1) .
